CoreWeave and Meta Announce Expansion of AI Infrastructure
CoreWeave, the core cloud of AI ™, announced an expanded long-term agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc. to provide approximately $21 billion in AI cloud capacity by December 2032. Through this transaction, the two companies have continued their existing partnership and increased their support for Meta’s development and deployment of AI.
This dedicated capacity will be deployed in multiple locations and will include some initial deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. This distributed deployment approach aims to optimize performance, resilience, and scalability for Meta’s AI operations.

This new agreement clearly indicates that the industry’s demand for high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting increasingly complex and large-scale AI workloads is accelerating.
Michael Intrator, co-founder, CEO, and chairman of CoreWeave, said, “This is another example that leading companies are choosing CoreWeave’s AI cloud to run their most demanding workloads.”
